Wishtrend: Liz K UV Protection Color Veil Review

Product review for you all!
I am a lover of base makeup. Meaning everything from powders, foundations, BB Creams, tinted moisturizers, primers, ect. Talking about base makeup, I love BB creams. BB Cream stands for "Blemish Balm". They are basically your all-in-one product which originated from Germany. BB cream was created for patients who had had laser procedures done and was meant to protect the skin and provide a little bit of coverage. South Korea took up the idea and created the ultimate beauty item which is now a bestselling product.
If you follow me on youtube, twitter, or facebook, you would know that I am now collaborating with Wishtrend  which is an online beauty store based in South Korea. They sell lots of Korean Beauty products that are all very well known and great quality, but under rated in South Korea. So now, every month I will be given products to review and share to you all! ^^
Anyways! Wishtrend always has events on their facebook page here where they hold lots of giveaways of the products that they sell on their shop. Anyone can enter to win!!  I was lucky enough to win one of their giveaways and I won the Liz K UV Protection Color Veil which is basically a BB Cream!

35ml = 1.18 fl oz

Made in Korean

SPF 50+ PA+++

Protects from UVA/B

Vitamin C & E

Whitening

Anti-aging

$35.99 USD

Packaging:
I love the white box. It's very sleek and slim and fits nicely in my makeup bag.

My shade is 020 natural beige which is perfect for my skin tone! It really brightens up my complexion and evens out my skintone.

It's the perfect size for traveling! As you can see, it's smaller than my hand! SO cute^^

This is a squeeze tube which I don't mind, but I find that after a good shake the product finds itself in the cap which leaves some of the product in the cap and ends in a messy finale.
BUT that is easily cleaned up using a q-tip^^

Consistency/Texture:
The texture of this bb cream is not too thick not too thin. It's right in between! You only need to use very little for your entire face.
The color suits me very well. It does have a slight yellow undertone which helps neutralize the redness in my skin so I really liked this.

You can already see how much it brightens my skin!
Coverage:
"it also functions as a foundation cream with just a small amount of usage, removing wrinkles, covering blemishes, providing whitening effect, leaving the skin perfectly flawless! Various colors"
- Wishtrend

The statement above definitely lives up to how this bb cream is described to be like, minus the "removing wrinkles" part because I don't have any wrinkles to cover or get rid of :P
It definitely covers up blemishes and also like I said before, you only need to use very little to get the coverage you want.

Naked Face! My 쌩얼! ^^ or Ssaeng ul which directly translates to "Raw Face"

 Full Frontal

I do not get acne often, but I do get the occasional  blemish here and thereT-T

Half of my face covered including the blemishes!! This covers up the redness so well!

Full face covered! I used my fingers for one side and used a brush for the other side of my face.
I must say, using a brush gave me a nicer finish than when I used my fingers. I prefer using a brush when I have time and the fingers are great to use when I'm in a hurry.

 Right Side^^

Left Side^^

Sun Protection:
Definitely keeps my face protected throughout the day.

Finish/ Lasting Power:
It gives a very nice dewy finish, not the type of dewy finish where you look oily. It gave me a very pretty and healthy glow. If you are not a fan of the dewy look, you can always mattify it using a powder.
The lasting power is great. It did fade just tad at the end of the day, but I still looked pretty flawless throughout.

Final Verdict:
I LOVE IT!
This is what I give a FIVE STAR.
It really lives up to what it claims to do and I am very satisfied^^

Want it for yourselves~? You can get it here

That is all for this review~^^

Dr. Scholl's For Her Ball of Foot Cushions Review

Another product review! I got these really handy dandy foot cushions complimentary of Influenster's  Vox Box program to review and test out for you all!
These are the foot cushions that you can insert into your heels to help make the ball of your feet more comfortable, and relieve the pain,  hence the name "For Her Ball of Foot Cushions".

The picture above displays the shoes that I wore with the foot cushions. As you can probably see, my shoe has quite the platform and heel so it is quite painful to be in these shoes for a long period of time, but using the foot cushions helped relieve my feet of pain..some what.

Packaging:
Not the most attractive type of packaging, but I'm not one to really care about packaging. As long as the product works well, then I'm sold!

Effectiveness:
According to Dr. Scholl's, the cushions are made with "unique FabuSTEP gel." I'm guessing that is why the cushions are very squishy and gel-like in form. It stuck to my shoe quite nicely, and didn't really slide around which was quite shocking to me because I can get sweaty feet.
The only downside to this would be the fact that it didn't relieve my foot pain fully. Of course with any foot cushion out there, wearing heels for long periods of time guarantee's pain at the end of the day, so I was able to accept that these cushions wouldn't relieve me of the pain fully. BUT, it did make my feet feel much more comfortable than when I didn't have these in my shoes.
It definitely helped prevent any toe scrunching. I know this because being a longer toed girl, I know what it feels like to have my toes scrunched up inside of a heel and this cushion really helped with that.

Verdict:
I like them, but I'm not in love with them.

I hope you all enjoyed this review!

Bath & Body Works Fine Fragrance Mist

Another product review for you all^^
Today's review is on Bath & Body Works NEW Fine Fragrance Mist in Sweet Pea. I received this complimentary of Influensters Vox Box program to test and review and I was so happy to see this in my box! It  has been a very long time since I've used Sweet Pea and this was a nice way to start using it again.

As you can see, the bottle of this fragrance mist is quite large.
It has 8 fl. oz/ 236 mL. That is a lot of product~!
Retails for: $14.00

Packaging:
I love the design of this packaging because it's very sleek and pretty. But, their is one downside to it. It's kind of difficult to grip when you are trying to spray on the actual product because it is so sleek.
I love the little floral design on it and the fact that it looks like the spray has two different colors. The bottle is pink with a little bit of green at the base of it. This gives the illusion of a two phased liquid which I thought was really cool:)

Texture/Consistency:
It is a very fine mist. When you spray it on, it doesn't feel oily or sticky. It dries really quickly and lives up to it's description of being "mist as light as air".

Lasting Power:
Like all body sprays, this is the same. The scent doesn't last as long, so throughout the day I found myself spraying it on several times. Although the lasting power is not as long, I really like the scent. It's perfect for spring and summer because it's light and floral.

The sprays come in several different scents (over 20 scents) which is also another plus because you can pink the scent you really like.

Overall, I really like this fragrance mist. It's really light and floral for the summer time and it has become my summer scent. ^^

That is it for today's product review~

Sheer Cover Review: Duo Concealer

Another product review for you all! ^^

Recently, I was given the opportunity to try out Sheer Cover's Duo Concealer  in light/medium. I recieved this product, complimentary of Influensters Voxbox Program.
Here I am with my bare face.

The concealer is very creamy and rich, but it's not heavy and thick like some creamy concealers can be.

The great thing about this concealer is the fact that it comes with two shades which is great for creating your own custom shade.

Texture/ Consistency:
According to Sheer Cover, this concealer "not only covers up the look of dark circles, blemishes, redness and age spots, it also moisturizes with Jojoba and Allantoin."
Jojoba "helps to nourish and restore the skins natural moisture balance."
I agree with this because the concealer is very smooth and it really does moisturize my undereye area.
When you blend the concealer into the skin, it doesn't blend into a powdery finish so it's still pretty moist after you blend it out, so I suggest set it with a little bit of powder.
The consistency of this concealer is very creamy. It's so creamy that it glides on like butter.

Coverage:
"Sheer and creamy perfect for under eye circles or more opaque for blemishes, dark spots and hyper-pigmentation." - Sheer Cover
The coverage is pretty light, but you can actually start off with a very light layer and then add more light layers on top until you have the coverage that you want.
I love using this for my under eyes because it really brightens up that area. Having dark circles makes me look tired so when I have a good concealer that brightens and helps me looks awake, that is always a plus for me.
It's also said to be good for hyperpigmentation which I have around my lips and I noticed that it helped alot with that as well. I loved the fact that it evened out my skintone without making it look like I had covered it up. It was very natural.
Before

After: On one under eye and blended down the nose.

After: on both under eyes and blended down nose and around the lips.

Pretty big difference huh? ^^

Lasting Power:
This concealer stays on for a really long time, but you should set it with a powder. I noticed that when it hasn't been set, it can fade away really quickly. BUT when set, it stays on pretty much all day long.

Verdict:
I am loving this concealer~!! Plain and simple, I love this concealer!

That is it for this product review!

Hope you all enjoyed~^^

Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips

Hello Everyone! Here is a product review for you all!

I recently tried out these nail strips by Sally Hansen that were sent to me complimentary of Influenster for testing and review purposes. They came in my Spring Beauty Vox Box and I was so excited to try them out.
The Style that I got was #310 Wild Child
It is the Zebra Print design. This design is typically not what I would reach for so it was nice to try out something new.

Here is the product information:

According to Sally Hansen's Website, these nail strips are easy to apply and all you need to do is "peel, apply and file! No dry time, lasts up to 10 days, removes easily with nail polish remover, and there are 40 must have styles!"

Where to buy this:
You can buy this product at the drugstores such as CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid.
They are also available at some food stores and mass merchandisers nationally.
The are usually around $8.99-$9.99 for 1.

The Verdict:
I LOVE IT!
To be honest, I was a little bit scared to try this out because of the price. Being $9.99 I could never bring myself to buying one with my money so I was happy that I was sent this in my vox box to try out.
As you can clearly see, I am very pleased with the way they came out! Love these!

Application:
It's actually really easy, but it just takes some time to apply it. If you are a perfectionist, like yours truly, then it will take a bit of time. I took my time since this was my first time trying out nail strips and like I mentioned before, I am a perfectionist so I had to make sure that the strips were placed exactly where I wanted them.

Some tips for applying these:
The instructions say to apply onto dry nails, but I still applied a base coat to my nails and they actually adhered to my nails much more securely. So I suggest applying a base coat before your put these on and also a top coat to elongate the wear of the nail strips.

If you've tried these out for the first time too, I hope your experience was positive like mine^^

Thank you for reading~!

The Beauty Owl: Too Faced Romantic Eye Palette

I am totally in love with the Too Faced eye shadow palettes! I got this one for my birthday last year and I am still in love and I use this palette quite often. The shades are all very wonderful for a spring look and even a bridal look. I love how each shade is soft, but can also make a very night time look as well.
The packaging is just beautiful and I love how romantic it really is. It also comes with little instruction cards that have specific looks that you can try out for a day, classic, or fashion look.

Top to Bottom: Soulmates, Kiss the Bride, Bouquet Toss
I do, Cut the Cake, Honeymoon
Ever after, First Dance, Un-veil
Here is the swatch picture of all of the shadows. The texture is very nice and creamy. None of the shades were powdery and they blend out very well too.

Well there is my review for the Too-Faced Romantic eye palette!
Hope you enjoyed!
